To follow the performance of your recruitment campaigns, Jobstats captures ‘View’ and ‘Click’ statistics in real time and is independent from job boards. This data will help you to invest more effectively in your communication recruitment process.
Display performance by job board and by position
For each selected site, the following performance can be viewed*: -
- Number of views and clicks for all ads (Pie & Table)
- Click: View ratios (Pie & Table)
- Click and View origin (Geographical)
- Evolution of the performance in real time (Exportable)
The following statistics by position are also available: -
- Number of views and clicks (Pie & Table)
- Number of clicks on the on-line application form
- Number of e-applications received
- ...
Jobstats therefore allows you to rapidly examine the overall performance of each site, the effectiveness of your ads and their categorisation, and hence, to adjust your communication accordingly.
* Statistics can only be calculated if the job board supports HTML format ads in which php links can be inserted.
