Easy classification of e-applications
GestPro has been designed to facilitate the screening of applications, especially within the talent pool, from which searches can be carried out by keywords through semantic analysis of the attachments.
GestPro also includes 'pool themes' that allows you to create, depending on your needs, sub-pools where you can place applications selected by subject (e.g. business, graduates etc.).
Accuracy gain
GestPro offers a characterisation form that gives you an opportunity to learn more specific information about the candidate. A link to this customised form is included in the automated reply sent to candidates.
As such, it becomes very easy to slim down your search according to your chosen criteria.
A dynamic CV pool
GestPro has a talent pool wherein you can store, sort and search all applications that may be relevant in the long term.
Our software also includes an automatic talent pool updating tool, which keeps the data fresh.
